The election this year will be for all 3 board positions (President, Secretary, Treasurer). The terms will be a 1 year, 2 year and 3 year term. Terms are not tied to the titles.

All loose trash must be bagged (trash carts will not be serviced)

The 2nd Saturday in March will be our first of 3 weekends throughout the year for community members to host garage sales.
Although our HOA by laws/rules don't allow the posting of signs or banners ahead of the sale, you can still get the word out via social media and other sites such as Craigslist.
